Essay Edition
About this gathering: Community is a LoveLight Sangha discussion about the new LoveLight app, shared practice, and meditation, rather than a formal sermon.
Self Realization Through Love and Light
Self-realization is a thing that we can achieve. Self-realization is a level of consciousness on the path to enlightenment. Enlightenment, in that sense, is not an epiphany. It is a very rewarding state of consciousness: freedom.
In order to know what it is, one has to get more significant experiences in it. Before that, the words are not the thing. They have very little meaning.
When we meditate in the light, when we go into a deep state of love, when we feel that astonishing freedom that comes from living the spiritual life, we fall in love with the practice, and we ultimately move towards self-realization. Self-realization is a kind of self-mastery in a very pinpointed way. It is self-mastery in the sense that we can go into the light of the soul.
Can you enter the light of the soul? The soul is made of light. Even talking about that is a little bit esoteric, but everything is within this light, and it coalesces into this collective, material, dreamlike quality of existence. Dream in the sense that there are occurrences within it, and time and transformation.
Bhakti is the path to enlightenment by becoming very loving. Love emancipates us from the limitations of selfishness. Raja Yoga is the way of enlightenment through light. In a way, this is Bhakti Raja Yoga, or Bhakti mysticism, which is also somewhat synonymous with Raja Yoga.
As a Sangha, we are progressing towards that. It takes daily practice. It takes study. It takes living your life that way. It takes having a community. Without a community, it is very difficult.
There are a lot of religious communities out there, but it is hard to find one that is really centered on the light. There are communities like that, but they all come with a certain flavor, personality, and energy about them. Really, it is totally non-denominational. It has nothing to do with the person. It is an ancient practice. What we are doing here is creating a community centered on the ultimate practice, which is love and light, or self-realization through love and light.
There are other ways to achieve self-realization. You can do it through Karma Yoga. There is the White Tantra path, which is actually a little bit of what we do. It is perhaps another way of describing what we do.
It is important to have people who can be companions on the path to enlightenment, normalizing the practice in a world of people who are so lost in their opinions and ideas, so far from reality. It is tough in this world as a human being, and the spiritual path is just a beautiful place to be. There is no politics in it if it is done right. It is just so innocent. This is such a wonderful thing.
You are part of a club, part of a group, part of a team, part of a practice, a community, a spiritual community, a Sangha. Sangha actually means association with truth, which is spiritual truth. Together, we are doing self-realization.
Weekly Study and Practical Integration
It is nice to have a principle of the week. This is how I built the karma of my principles. One week, you are going to be really, really gentle. If you have more than one thing, it is hard to remember. Gentleness means, first, I understand why gentleness matters. Second, I practice it in various ways. I am gentle when I eat. I am gentle when I drive. I am gentle when I talk to people.
It is nice to have a weekly principle and a monthly book. If everybody in the Sangha read the same books, and read them maybe a couple of times, it would bring a kind of cohesion. These are not just random books. They are books about self-realization. All of them essentially have some sort of focus on self-realization.
Krishnamurti went around and talked about all of this, all the stuff that we talk about. All the sermons essentially point to the same thing. They all revolve around the same teaching. If we are talking about independence, love, mindfulness, or kindness, they all really revolve around eternity, total freedom, and self-realization.
These books help reinforce that, and they make us realize it is very real. It is not just my teaching, or even my lineage's teaching. We are accessing the teaching and trying to distill it for our own personal integration.
The real teaching is that one has to come to it on their own and distill it into their own integration. Initially, it is important that you really learn a teaching, and then you distill it into your own integration. Ultimately, it becomes that.
We translate the talk, the topic, into a practice. It is not just the practice. Practice is the mindfulness part, but there is also the contemplation part. The talks and the sermons bring thought, but we hope they take some sort of effect in one's life and produce change.
It is good to quantify it and formalize it. We formalize it, and then we quantify it. Maybe you make a list of things that changed. What was the change? By sharing that, you inspire everybody instead of leaving them to say, I do not know what to do with this. Together, we can find something that is really producing transformation.
Meditation in the Light
The first step in meditation is to start to observe and let things dissolve. Let all the momentum dissolve in the light, and go right into the light immediately.
Your body into light. Your heart into light. Focus into the light, and use the light to purify your energy body. It is a physical, palpable sensation.
We are interested in the eternal side of life, the ultimate truth, discovering that foundation upon which all of the circumstances of life rest.
Just focus on the light. Stay centered in the heart center. Make sure your heart chakra is active and emanating luminosity.
When we are clearing, the heart is the center, but also the central channel, the Sushumna, goes through the chakras in the front of the body. That whole channel is an astral beam, an astral tube that should be in light as well. Purification.
Let the light allow you to become anonymous to yourself. Go deeper into the light.
The light is a visual manifestation. There is life. There is love. There is truth. Moving towards the essence.
Bring attention to the heart center. Become aware of the light. Now, the here, the self.
Let us be founding members of love and light and spread this in the world by practicing, participating, embodying it, inviting others, giving feedback, and helping to mold it.

Self Realization Through Love and Light
Adam Wes Welcome. Namaste, everybody. Technology sometimes works.
Self-realization is a thing that we can achieve. Self-realization is a level of consciousness on the path to enlightenment.
I'm thinking about what we do here. What would we ideally be doing here, and what am I indirectly alluding to with every sermon, with every meditation? I would say that this is about progressing along the path to enlightenment. Enlightenment, in that sense, is not an epiphany. It's a very rewarding state of consciousness: freedom.
It's self-mastery in the sense that we can go into the light of the soul.
Can you enter the light of the soul? The soul is made of light. See, even talking about that is a little bit esoteric, but everything is within this light, and it coalesces into this collective material dreamlike quality of existence. Dream in the sense that there are occurrences within it, and time and transformation.
This is actually not the sermon for today. I was just sitting here thinking, "What are we doing here?"
Bhakti is the path to enlightenment by becoming very loving. Love emancipates us from the limitations of selfishness. Raja Yoga is the way of enlightenment through light. So, in a way, this is Bhakti Raja Yoga, or Bhakti mysticism, which is also somewhat synonymous with Raja Yoga.
As a Sangha, we're progressing towards that. It takes daily practice. It takes study. It takes living your life that way. It takes having a community. Without a community, it's very difficult.
There are a lot of religious communities out there, but it's hard to find one that's really centered on the light. In fact, as far as I know, I don't know any. It's kind of crazy. There are communities like that, but they all come with a certain flavor, personality, and energy about them.
Really, it's totally non-denominational. It has nothing to do with the person. It's an ancient practice. What we're doing here is creating a community centered on the ultimate practice, which is love and light, or self-realization through love and light.
There are other ways to achieve self-realization. You can do it through Karma Yoga. There's the White Tantra path, which is actually a little bit of what we do. It's perhaps another way of describing what we do.
Next year, I'm setting an aspiration to really create some gravity with our Sangha. Look, there are just six of us in here. I'd love to see 40 people in here, enough people that you can have a few best friends in the group, people who resonate with you more than maybe the other half of the group, or another 80. Some special people you connect with who can be companions on the path to enlightenment, normalizing the practice in a world of people who are so lost in their opinions and ideas, so far from reality.
It's tough in this world as a human being, and the spiritual path is just a beautiful place to be. There's no politics in it if it's done right. It's just so innocent. This is such a wonderful thing. That's what I'm trying to create.
The Love Light Community Platform
One of the things I did to create this recently, since I last saw you, is create our Love Light app. I'm going to show you.
One second.
We've had our private pages all this time, but we haven't had a proper app situation. Let's scroll down. This is my TheBhaktiMathGuru.com Love Light app. It's actually TheBhaktiMathGuru.com/sangha.
You can click "Join the Sangha." First of all, this page describes what the Sangha is. It's got some resources. I'm going to send you the link right now.
Here's the regular join, and then here's the founding member link. I'm going to send this to everybody.
If you click "Join as Founding Member," it'll ask for your first name and email address, and you can create your account. Ariella, take a look at this. You just click the blue button a couple of times. I'm going to log in because I've already done that.
This is our app. We have a community chat. We can come on here and message each other. We have private messages. I can send a message to somebody. We have an actual calendar.
We have "Share an Intention," so you can write your intention for the week and share it with the community. "Questions for Tuesday," you can write them here and submit them.
We have a practice hall. This is one of the coolest things. You can click one of these. Let's click "Cessation." You can do the full recording or the timed version, because it's not exactly 15 minutes. Say you want to do a 30-minute meditation, but you want to start with that. You can click it.
Let's do the full recording and click "Begin."
Welcome to this 15-minute cessation meditation.
If you save it, it will actually track your meditation progress. You can go down to your meditation time, and assuming there are no bugs, it'll track your meditation.
Ariella, I want to see a long streak of meditations here. You can actually track it and say, "Oh, look, I missed a couple of days," and it'll show that.
You can set the time, day, and time zone. The great thing about this is that I can develop it with any of your feedback. You might say, "Adam, it would really be great if we had this," or, "Can you please change that?"
This is our software for connecting with people around the world, doing our practice, and studying.
For study, we've got all the sermons in here, and this is really, really cool. Look at this, 63 sermons. If you go to "Wu Wei," you can watch the recording right here. You can listen to the audio right here. You can read the whole sermon and see the quotes.
Let's go to a more recent one. If we go to "Independence" from last week, here's all the information. It says, "The session explored spiritual independence as freedom from making fulfillment depend on circumstances, approval, possessions, or other people."
This is what we did last week: independence and insufficiency, svadharma and autotelic activity, further study and reference. Down here, there's even a PDF. It opens a whole PDF that you can download and study.
The whole idea is that we study. You're trying out for the Olympics, the Spiritual Olympics. They have a new sport. It's called spirituality.
Practice this. You can have the assignment there. You can bring a reflection to the Sangha. You see how it says, "A Reflection on Independence"? You can type your reflection.
Here's another great thing: the book. Daniel, I'm not sure if you know this, but I wrote a book. It's 700 pages. It's essentially these sessions in book format. We can click full screen, and you can go through the book and read it right here. It works beautifully on your phone, so if you want to read it on your phone, you can easily do that. You can actually save the page. Click here, "Save Page," and it'll come back to the same page.
It's a custom book reader inside the app. We also have our book list. We've got our book, Futuristic Intelligence, but then here's a book list. You can buy a book on Amazon here, click that you're reading it, and share a reflection in the community chat.
There's even a place for you to write your journaling. You can journal here about your reading, notes, and reflections. It's a private note. Here's the journal section. Here are your bookmarks, in case you bookmarked a certain page.
In your profile, you can pick a photo. Please put a photo. Please use the photo feature. Put your photo and your interests, introduce yourself, and fill all this out. When you start, it actually has a kind of onboarding orientation. When you sign up for the account, it'll automatically put you through that.
In terms of preferences, click "Preferences" up here. One of the great things about this is notifications. It's not completely set up yet for the phone number, but put your email in, and you'll get an email reminding you about the class, if you got a message, or perhaps even when it's time to meditate. It'll send you an email. Also, if you put in your phone number, it'll send you a text. If you enable this device, it'll send you a ping on your device. It should. We'll have to make sure it's working properly.
You can also change which alerts you want. Do I want an email? Do I want private messages to be included? You can go through and customize your settings.
Here's the welcome setup. It looks like this, and you go through and click "Save Settings" at the bottom.
You can click "Share and Invite." You can literally email or text a friend, and it'll send this if you push the button, either for the next meditation or to join the Sangha.
These at the top are shortcuts. Here's the community chat. It's fun that we have a little chat on the side. We have eight members in here. Many of them are not here, but they're people I invited to join.
What happened? Where did you guys go? Can you see me? Okay.
First of all, what do you think? I made this for us. That's a big project. Thank you. Turn your mics on so I can hear what you're saying.
Daniel R It's really, really nice. Thank you. It looks like you have put a lot of effort and a lot of love into this. I appreciate it so much.
I've told you that for the past few weeks I've been having problems coming back to meditation. Sometimes I'm at work and I feel really stressed. I think, "I could meditate," but I would not be meditating right in the middle of work. So I start thinking about your sermons. Now, having this so accessible is brilliant.
Adam Wes Thank you. Wonderful.
Imagine you get out your phone and you're going to do some scrolling on Instagram. No, you can open the Love Light app and do some scrolling there. Check your messages, message Kira, send Ariella a heart, whatever.
Cool. I'm so glad, Daniel. All those sermons are on there, so you can go through them. If you're in the bathroom and you want to scroll, get the Love Light app out.
AriellaShira L You can listen to a meditation.
Adam Wes Yep. The guided meditations are there, and all the recordings from the last 63 Tuesdays.
You can go through them and say, "Wow, I want to review one of them." Go and review it. Reinforce it.
Then we have each other, and this is what I think really feels great. Daniel is at work by himself. People aren't thinking about self-realization, but Daniel knows that he can focus on us, and that together we're doing self-realization.
You guys are part of a club, part of a group, part of a team, part of a practice, a community, a spiritual community, a Sangha. That's what it is. Sangha actually means association with truth, which is spiritual truth.
What do you think, Kira?
Kira I'm filling out my profile.
Adam Wes Yay!
Kira I'm getting in there. I put my photo already. I'm doing my short intro now.
Adam Wes Oh, we have a new member. Look, nine!
I really took some time to design this so that it works well. You see how it has the countdown to our next Tuesday session? Also, the theme of the week, Book of the Month, all these things will be here. Here's our playlist from Spotify. You can listen to all the songs we always listen to.
You can click "Teachings" and see all of them right here. See, Ariella? You just click "Audio." It'll be very easy. It's very easy to log in.
If you click "Meditation," this is where you can actually do your meditations. You just click "Begin Meditation." Ariella is going to do a 60-minute meditation, so maybe I should put an even 90-minute meditation on there. Then you can push it, and it'll time you and record your meditation.
Up in the corner here is a menu with all the different menu items.
Look, there's Kira. She just put it right there.
Weekly Study and Practical Integration
Kira So cool. I'm looking at the weekly practices now. I see different weekly practices, and then I see it says, "This week: formal mindfulness." Is the idea that that's the one we give extra attention to for the week?
Adam Wes Yeah.
I always hear an echo of myself when your speaker is on, and it makes my mind not think very clearly.
It's nice to have a principle of the week. This is how I built the karma of my principles. One week, you're like, "Okay, I'm going to be really, really gentle." If you have more than one thing, it's hard to remember. So gentleness means, first, I understand why gentleness matters. Second, I practice it in various ways. I'm gentle when I eat. I'm gentle when I drive. I'm gentle when I talk to people. I'm gentle when I use OpenAI.
Sometimes with the AI, I'm not as gentle lately.
That would be a weekly practice. I actually have to give that a little bit more thought, so that's there as a potential. I think it's a nice thing to do, to have a weekly principle and a monthly book.
It's nice to have a monthly book. If everybody in the Sangha read those eight books on that list, and read them maybe a couple of times, it would bring a kind of cohesion. We would think, "Okay, I understand what Krishnamurti is talking about and why it matters."
These aren't just random books. They're books about self-realization. All of them essentially have some sort of focus on self-realization.
Krishnamurti went around and talked about all of this, all the stuff that we talk about. All the sermons essentially point to the same thing. They all revolve around the same teaching. If we're talking about independence, love, mindfulness, or kindness, they all really revolve around eternity, total freedom, and self-realization.
These books help reinforce that, and they make us realize it's very real. It's not just my teaching, or even my lineage's teaching. We're accessing the teaching and trying to distill it for our own personal integration.
The real teaching is that one has to come to it on their own and distill it into their own integration.
Kira, remember when I told you my teacher said, "You have to find your own voice"? When I first met you many, many years ago, I told you I'd been doing that, really working to find my own voice. Initially, it's actually important that you really learn a teaching, and then you distill it into your own integration. That's what I'm talking about. Ultimately, it becomes that.
Community Access and Participation
I have a few questions for you guys. Initially, I was thinking that it would only be us on this app. Literally, there might only be ten people on the whole app.
But recently, just today, when those other people signed up and were excited to look, I thought maybe it would be good to open it up completely, and then have the recorded videos, like these videos, accessible only to people who are here or people who are committed members.
I'm thinking it might be fun and a good idea to open it up. Imagine there were 200 people on the app, and they were all reading and studying. I don't know.
Actually, I'm not sure. Maybe it would dilute it or make it feel less ours, but maybe it would help. I'm really not sure, and I wanted to ask everybody. What do you think?
Kira It sounds like it could potentially be an entryway for them to come to the live sessions. They could have a preview of what it's like and what it's about, and then they could make their way further.
Maybe some things are fully accessible, or maybe it's hybrid and some things are private. I think you'll know the structure of it best, so you can figure out what makes sense to have private, if anything.
It would be wonderful to grow the group even more. If that helps, then I'm supportive of having more people on there.
Adam Wes Wouldn't it be fun if somebody joined and started studying? Maybe they'd say, "Oh, that's the Book of the Month," and actually read the Book of the Month, even if they never showed up. Maybe they'd do the weekly principle, even if they never showed up.
Then they'd start to feel, "Oh, Ariella said this in the chat, and Kira said that."
I just realized we could put voice messages in the chat. That would be cool. Instead of just text, I'm going to add that. Kira could send a voice message, and everybody would love her voice. Maybe you made me think of that because of your voice right now. We want to hear Kira's voice, not just letters.
Eventually, they might join. I think it's a nice way for people to ease into the experience, because it takes a little bit of courage to just show up to a group like this.
Anybody else? Thoughts? Daniel? Mom? Dad? Ariella? Anybody?
Daniel R I agree with what Kira said. The idea of all of this is to help us get to self-realization. Even if people decided not to join the meditations, I think that just by accessing all the knowledge you're sharing, you're still making that difference.
Adam Wes Yes. Teaching will happen more easily. Some people aren't really up for a live session.
Would I show up if Eckhart Tolle were holding a live session? I might not show up. I might not want to be around a whole bunch of other people. But I might go specifically for the people. I don't know. It's a little bit of a different thing.
I like that. Thank you, Daniel. Wonderful.
What do you think, Ariella? You're muted.
I'm so grateful for Ariella.
AriellaShira L This is just amazing to me.
Adam Wes It's fun, right? Amazing.
AriellaShira L Yeah. It's an amazing way to open and spread.
Adam Wes It's really incredible that I was able to create this since last week. This would have taken me three months and thousands of dollars a couple of years ago. Because of the state of technology right now, I'm able to develop so fast and create software. This is totally custom software, so we can make it do anything we want.
That's one of the great things about it. There's no business that made this for me. I'm not going through some community business platform or anything. This is written with JavaScript and coding, using actual, normal technology. It's built from scratch.
In fact, I should probably make this for other businesses and support our Sangha a little bit financially. Know any businesses that need a custom community platform? Hire me. I'll make one, and then we'll have some money for our Sangha.
Kira Can I share something about the weekly practice?
Adam Wes Sure.
Kira I really love the way that you're centering around a certain topic each week. I'll be swift because I know we're going to meditate.
Is the idea that after the sermon, we all go into some focus for the week? Is that the practice? The talks are sparking inspiration, but I want to go deeper on the topics in real life. If there's a structure in the community around that, it would really help.
Maybe at the beginning, we type in the chat and share any revelations from what we practiced. I'm just exploring how we might, as a community, take the practice deeper after each session so it doesn't just end at seven, but actually gets deeper inside each of us.
Adam Wes We did independence last week. Maybe I need to put that more clearly as the week's practice, to translate the talk, the topic, into a practice.
What would be the practice of independence? It's not just the practice. Practice is the mindfulness part, but there's also the contemplation part.
This is still a work in progress, and Kira, thank you for that. If you're saying, "Wait, this would work," together we can find something that's really producing transformation.
You might say, "Wow, I'm loving having this practice and this contemplation for each week." You do your homework, your daily work, or whatever it is, and it reinforces that.
Right now, like you said, the talks and the sermons bring thought, but we hope they take some sort of effect in one's life and produce change.
Kira Even just realizing it now, I forgot what the topic was last week. It's not that I forgot, but it left my memory.
Now that you brought it up again, I realize that I actually made changes in my life and in my relationship from the talk. I did apply it, but I forgot that, and it didn't get infused back into the group.
Somehow, we could create continuity there and go deeper together.
Adam Wes It's good to quantify it and formalize it.
We formalize it, and then we quantify it. Maybe you make a list of things that changed. What was the change?
This is great. I'd love to hear all kinds of suggestions anybody has. You can message me directly on the Love Light app.
Kira, do you realize now that you can message Ariella and say hi, and you don't even have her phone number? Everybody is connected, and I think this is one of the things we were missing.
Say we don't see Daniel for a couple of weeks, because sometimes he disappears. Somebody could message him and say, "Daniel, how are you doing? How's your practice going?" It creates community. We haven't had the chance to do that.
Kira Or maybe we're encouraged to come back to the app after applying something or contemplating the topic, and then share that in the group on the app. There could be a running conversation about a particular topic.
That way, as a group, we're deepening. People who come later and weren't involved can see it. Do you see what I'm saying?
Adam Wes Totally, yeah.
The group chat is very much for that, so don't make it all private messages. Private messages are for private stuff. In the group chat, Kira could say, "Wow, I did independence in my relationship. I feel all of these energies are different now," and share that sort of thing.
That would inspire everybody instead of them saying, "Well, I don't know what to do with this." They could see that Kira did something. Wonderful.
Mom, do you want to share anything really quickly, and then we'll get started?
Colleen I'm very interested. Everything's lovely, but I'm ready to meditate.
Adam Wes I see that. I love that.
Colleen Just one thing. Give it a try, inviting everybody, and see where it goes. Just go with the flow. Don't feel disappointed if people don't show, or if they show and then leave. That's okay too. The ones who want to come and stay will do that.
Adam Wes Yeah. I think it's a good idea. I think everybody's on board with it. Cool. Nice.
Dad, do you have anything to say? You don't have to unmute. I know you're doing your thing over there, listening.
All right. Let's do some music.
Sorry, that went a little long. We'll do the last 20-minute meditation. We need it.
Meditation in the Light
The first step in meditation is to start to observe and let things dissolve. Let all the momentum dissolve in the light, and go right into the light immediately.
Your body into light. Your heart into light. Focus into the light, and use the light to purify your energy body.
It's a physical, palpable sensation.
We're interested in the eternal side of life, the ultimate truth, discovering that foundation upon which all of the circumstances of life rest.
Just focus on the light. Stay centered in the heart center. Make sure your heart chakra is active and emanating luminosity.
When we're clearing, the heart is the center, but also the central channel, the Sushumna, goes through the chakras in the front of the body. That whole channel is an astral beam, an astral tube that should be in light as well. Purification.
Let the light allow you to become anonymous to yourself.
Go deeper into the light.
The light is a visual manifestation.
There's life. There's love.
There's truth. Moving towards the essence.
Bringing attention to the heart center. Becoming aware of the light. Now, the here, the self.
Namaste.
Meditation Experiences and Closing Reflections
Let's be founding members of love and light and spread this in the world. Help me do it by practicing, participating, embodying it, inviting others, giving feedback, and helping me mold it. Kira was giving me really great ideas for things we can do.
Mom, how was your meditation?
Colleen You're so good. Thank you so much. I've just realized something.
Adam Wes Yeah?
Colleen I know you always like to hear colors. My breathing and the colors are connected. Imagine the background is purple. When I breathe in, this yellow thing comes, and when I breathe out, it goes back to purple. It's more related to the breath. That's all.
Adam Wes Wonderful. Wow. Sounds like a deep, mystical pranayama right there. Pranayama is a breathing practice.
Colleen Thank you very much, Adam.
Adam Wes You're welcome. I love seeing how much you enjoyed the meditation today. You can always tell me after half an hour, "Adam, I need to meditate."
Come here! Come here! Say hello!
This is the one who keeps me up at night. It's not my cat. I'm just cat-sitting. She's adorable. Clementine.
She came walking by, meow, meow, meow. She knew the meditation was over.
Ariella, how about you? How was your meditation? We'll stop in a moment. I just want to get going.
AriellaShira L It certainly was different in the beginning. I felt I could connect with the light. Then you said something about letting the light release stuff, and I started feeling this movement.
Adam Wes Okay, vibration.
AriellaShira L Yeah. Then there were things of different colors constantly flowing through, and I only got back to the light near the end.
Adam Wes Wait, hold on. There were different colors flowing through, and then you got back to the light? Those colors are light.
AriellaShira L It felt like stuff that was coming up to be released.
Adam Wes Okay. It might have been some sort of astral experience. Wonderful. Good. Excellent.
Colleen What she's describing sounds like what happens to me.
Adam Wes There's the astral plane. If you read the second sermon from last July, there's a discussion of the four planes and the astral plane.
When I say things like that, I'm not just saying them because they sound good. I'm describing a lot of what I'm doing energetically in that moment. The words kind of point. They're like, "Try that!" If they land, then you can have an experience like this.
Usually, I'm very much flowing with what's happening with all of us and with the moment, so it should be potent. It sounds like you were able to really connect with that. Amazing. Wonderful, Ariella. Namaste. And namaste, Mom.
All right, everybody, I have to get going. Anybody have a burning share? It sounds like people have to go.
I'll see you guys later. Thank you.
Make sure to put your photo, your interests, and send a message in the group chat. Please, please, let's do it. It's so fun!
Okay, bye. Bye, everybody.
